Innsmouth Cthulhu Idol
“Recovered near one of the many wharves in Innsmouth harbor, this small idol of Cthulhu was first believed to have been carved from whale bone until it was observed to emit a blue glow under certain 'peculiar conditions". The glyph on the front has yet to be translated however it is thought to correspond to the arcane alphabet used by the Esoteric Order of Dagon.”
