“A solid gold and ebony amulet that once belonged to the Black Pharaoh, Nephren-Ka. It depicts Nyarlathotep, the Crawling Chaos in one of his many forms. In conjunction with an arcane ritual described in the Necronomicon, the amulet is said to summon Nyarlathotep himself.
